Founder & CEO
Meet the Founder
Savon Holt is the founder of Quality Driven Home Care, a company dedicated to helping seniors and adults thrive safely and comfortably in their own homes. She has been in healthcare since 2004, working in a variety of settings—including schools, Veterans hospitals, nursing homes, and home health. Since 2011, she has focused on home care, providing compassionate support to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to older adults.
Savon began her professional career caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, progressing to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and then a Licensed Practical Nurse. While raising her son, she earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in Health Systems Management, along with certifications in life coaching and dementia care. Her extensive experience ensures every client receives individualized care that honors their routines, preferences, and dignity.
Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Savon feels her purpose in life is to serve, support, and uplift those in need. She believes in flexible, compassionate, and personalized care plans that improve quality of life for both clients and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, arts and crafts, and finding new ways to help others live their best lives.

Meet the Founder
Savon Holt, MS-HSM, LPN, is the founder of Quality Driven Home Care, a company dedicated to helping seniors and adults thrive in the comfort of their own homes. Her journey in healthcare began at a young age when she witnessed the challenges her family faced during her mother’s illness. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to supporting others through compassionate care.
Savon began her professional career caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, later becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant and then a Licensed Practical Nurse.
